CYCLOTRUCK MEETS BIKEPACKING MEETS 70’s STINGRAY…WONDERING WHAT SORT OF BIKE YOU’RE LOOKING AT? YOU’RE NOT ALONE.

THE FRAMESET

This one doesn’t have a silly name – just look at it. Good Grief has been obsessing over old muscle bikes lately, so we wanted to design something with that spirit…but that’s actually usable as an everyday bike. If you’ve ever ridden an old Stingray or Apollo (or any of the 70’s department store-era bikes), then you know that they are fun as hell, but were mostly made for short distances up and down the street, poppin’ wheelies to impress the cool kids, and sacrificing your body to homemade wooden ramps.

This bike is a bit of all that, but better. It was created to be a joy to ride all day, while retaining just enough of that reckless muscle spirit. With a front cargo rack rated for the biggest of loads, and a wheelie bar (just to fuck with over-enthusiasts of all kinds), it’s still cool enough to get double takes while taking on any task. Color-drenched by Dark Matter Finishing here in Colorado Springs, this handsome fella is just as at home on an overnight bikepacking trip as he is in the city running daily chores. Hit that wheelie bar and brap brap any time you need a dopamine kick and remind yourself that the Earthly meaning of eternal life is death, so why not stunt a little in the FedEx parking lot?

See this bike in person at BESPOKED DRESDEN 2025!
